How to maintain the vacuum packaging machine?

If you want to make your vacuum last longer, it's important to properly maintain it. By taking the time to care for your vacuum, you can ensure that it stays in good working condition for years to come. Regular maintenance can help prevent breakdowns and other issues that could shorten the life of your machine. So if you want to get the most out of your vacuum, be sure to give it the care and attention it deserves. With the right maintenance, your vacuum will continue to be an essential tool in your cleaning arsenal.

2. It is important to maintain separate temperatures for the development of vacuum machines and packaging machines, with -10 degrees Celsius being the ideal temperature for each process.

°C-50°To use C, the small social vacuum packaging machines, it is important to note that they require a relatively high level of humidity, preferably not exceeding 85%. It is also essential to ensure that the surrounding air does not contain any corrosive gas, dust or any explosive materials. These machines should not be used in hazardous environments. By adhering to these guidelines, the machines are guaranteed to operate efficiently and effectively, providing quality packaging solutions for your products.

The proper functioning of the vacuum packaging machine heavily relies on the vacuum pump. For this reason, it is strictly prohibited to reverse the vacuum pump motor. No. 0 vacuum pump oil should be used for the vacuum pump, and for imported vacuum pumps, only imported vacuum pump oil is recommended. Vacuum fillers should periodically conduct oil level checks, and the optimum oil level should be between 1/2 to 3/4 of the oil window and should not surpass that level. When the vacuum pump oil changes its color to black or water is present in the vacuum pump, the oil is considered contaminated. Under these circumstances, the vacuum pump oil should immediately be replaced. Prior to changing the vacuum pump oil, let the vacuum pump run for a minimum of 15-30 minutes. Once the oil temperature has increased, turn off the vacuum pump, and then disconnect the power source. Next, unscrew the fuel cap, open the oil bolt, and drain the oil. Once the oil has been drained, securely tighten the oil bolt, add new vacuum pump oil to the required height, and then tighten the oil cap tightly. If the oil in the vacuum pump is thoroughly polluted, adding fresh oil may not be sufficient. In this case, one may add semi-diesel and semi-vacuum pump oil for about 1-2 hours to seal the inlet, then drain the oil, and repeat the process until the vacuum pump is fully cleaned.

It is recommended to clean the impurity filter regularly, typically every 1-2 months. However, if there is an accumulation of packing debris, the cleaning time should be shortened. It is important to disassemble the filter and clean it thoroughly to maintain its efficiency.

It is recommended to periodically open the 30 sliding parts of the rear cover and the switch contact block after working continuously for 2-3 months. This allows for the addition of lubricating oil to ensure the smooth functioning of these components. Additionally, it is important to lubricate the heating rods of various connections based on the type of lubricating oil used. Maintaining proper lubrication is essential for optimal performance and longevity.

To ensure the sealing quality, it is important to keep the heating strip and the silicone strip clean and free from any foreign objects that may hinder their effectiveness. Avoid sticking anything to them, as this may cause damage and lower their efficiency. Always remember to maintain their cleanliness for optimal performance.

The second layer of paste underneath the heating sheet on the heating rod has a vital function in insulating and safeguarding the device. If this layer becomes damaged, it must be replaced as soon as possible to prevent any short circuits from occurring. It is crucial to ensure that the heating rod stays in excellent condition to maintain its effectiveness and prevent any mishaps from happening.

The appropriate working pressure for the vacuum packaging machine has been set at 0.3MPa, and it should not be adjusted significantly except under special circumstances. In order to operate the machine efficiently, please provide the working air source and the inflation air source.

During the handling process, it is important to avoid tilting and colliding the vacuum packaging machine. It should not be handled upside down either.
